Spa Terms & Conditions
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointment 72 hours in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as you will be required to complete a consultation. Late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time
Individual bookings, Cancellations of paid and package clients must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment .
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.
changing facilities, valuables & lockers
For security reasons, we cannot store large bags. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles such as money, jewellery ,or any valuables , etc. whether placed locker or not. Please keep all valuables at home or with you during your visit.
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure , heart conditions or any other medical condition, we advise you to consult a doctor before undertaking any spa treatment.
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off on entry to the spa facility to ensure peace and tranquility for all. We aim to provide an environment where all our guests can enjoy the special atmosphere and facilities. Please respect the peace and privacy of our guests and demonstrate appropriate behaviour within the spa.
